Last updated: 21 October 2026 This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies once the fourteen-day right of withdrawal described in those terms has run out or does not apply. That right always prevails over what is set out here. Individual sessions Payment is due up to forty-eight hours before the booked time, and a booking is confirmed only once payment has cleared. With more than forty-eight hours' notice, you may reschedule the session or cancel and receive a full refund, as you prefer. Rescheduling on these terms is possible up to twice per session. Between forty-eight and twenty-four hours' notice, you may reschedule once, or cancel with a refund of half the amount paid, since the reserved hour can no longer easily be filled. With less than twenty-four hours' notice, or where a session is missed without warning, the amount paid is retained in full, because the hour was reserved exclusively and can no longer be given to anyone else. Whenever it is Filipa Faustino who reschedules or cancels, whatever the notice, you choose between a new date and a full refund. Sudden illness, an emergency or other force majeure, notified as soon as possible and documented where applicable, is treated as notice given in good time and gives the right to a new date at no cost. After two sessions missed without warning and without justification, Filipa Faustino reserves the right not to accept new bookings for six months, a decision communicated in writing and with reasons. This reserve never covers services already paid for and not yet delivered, which are always provided or refunded in full, and it may be reconsidered at the request of anyone who offers justification for the missed sessions. Training and courses Within fourteen days of enrolling you may withdraw and receive everything you paid, under the right of withdrawal, except where that right has ended in the cases described in the Terms and Conditions. After that period, the following bands apply, counted against the start date of the edition. Up to thirty days before the start, a full refund. Between thirty and fifteen days before the start, a refund of half the amount paid. Less than fifteen days before the start, the amount is retained, because the place was reserved in a limited group and can no longer be filled. If the edition begins within the fourteen-day period and you expressly requested early performance, and then withdraw, you pay only the part proportionate to what has already taken place, worked out by modules or sessions held against the total planned, and the remainder is refunded. If it is Filipa Faustino who postpones or cancels the edition, you choose between moving to the next edition and a full refund. For recorded video courses, the right to withdraw ends the moment you access the first content, having consented in advance to that access and acknowledged that consequence. Until you access it, the right remains for the fourteen days. Enrolment may be transferred to another person up to seven days before the start, by written agreement and provided that the person named meets the requirements of the training. Commissioned works of art A work made to your specifications or clearly personalised is not subject to the right of withdrawal, which is made clear to you before the order is completed. While work has not yet begun, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. Once work has begun, withdrawal means that half the amount paid is retained and the other half refunded. The retention corresponds to the time, materials and diary availability already committed to the commission, which cannot be recovered because the work was conceived for you. If the work is not delivered within the agreed period of three months, you may allow a reasonable additional period, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund within fourteen days. Available works and books For works already made and for books, you have fourteen days from delivery to return them, without giving a reason. Returns are made in the original packaging or in equivalent protective conditions, and the cost of return is yours. Once the item is received, or proof of return is provided, everything you paid is refunded, including standard delivery costs. Where a purchase is agreed and paid for entirely in person, with the work present, the contract is no longer concluded at a distance and this fourteen-day right does not apply. How refunds are made All refunds are made by the same means of payment used for the purchase, within fourteen days of notice at the latest, at no cost to you.
