This is consciousness and personal development work. It accompanies and complements each person's medical and psychological care, and never replaces it. It is not a diagnosis, medical treatment or clinical advice, and it promises no results. Filipa Faustino is not a health professional and does not assess or comment on test results, medical reports or prescriptions. In the event of illness, symptoms or ongoing treatment, always keep the care of your doctor or psychologist, and never stop or change prescribed medication or therapy. If you are in severe psychological distress, seek medical help immediately.
